The TipTop pay processing center protects and processes your bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further information transmission occurs through closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability. ⦁ The consumer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually determined properties if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the person who purchased them;

To refund the funds to the bank card, it is necessary to fill out a "Refund Application," which is sent upon the company's request to the email address, and send it together with a copy of an identity document to Info@sphera.kz.
The refund will be made to the bank card within ___ business days from the date the Company receives the "Refund Application."
To refund funds for transactions made in error, you must submit a written application along with a copy of an identity document and receipts/confirmation of the erroneous charge. This application must be sent to Info@sphera.kz.
The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The period for reviewing the Application and refunding the funds begins from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in business days, excluding holidays/weekends.
